Birmingham’s Smethwick were crowned the UK Asian football champions after a dramatic victory in Scotland.
In 2015 the final was hosted by Rangers FC and played at Ibrox. The Championships featured eight teams from all over the UK, including a team representing the Scottish Ethnic Minority Sports Association (SEMSA).
Smethwick took the title in what can only be described as one of the most thrilling final ten minutes of any final. Trailing 1-0 to Singh Sabha Hounslow they hit three during the closing stage to clinch the cup.
Earlier, Smethwick had come through a group featuring Coppice United United and Halifax Hammers.
